As Muslims all over the world commemorate the Birth of Muhammed, Imo State former Deputy Governor, Prince Eze Madumere has extended his Goodwill message to the Muslim Community in the State and Nigeria at large.

The former Deputy Governor expressed his goodwill message in a statement issued by his media aide, Uche Onwuchekwa.

Prince Madumere described the occasion as a solemn one.

He admonished our brothers and sisters in the Muslim faith to use the remembrance of the Birth of Prophet Muhammad to pray for the country for for economic recovery, religious and ethnic tolerance and above all let us have peace and secure country.

“Prince Madumere said, “I heartily felicitate our Muslim brothers and sisters on the occasion of the remembrance of the Birth of Prophet Muhammad, the founder of Islam.

“It is a solemn occasion as his deeds and moral seeds he sowed come to the fore.

“I enjoin our Muslim brothers to use this occasion to pray for economical rejuvenation, and end for insecurity and for enthronement of peace founded justice, equity and fairness.”
